White House Grilled on Biden’s View of Border-Crossers as Terror Threats

(ProsperNews.net) – National Security Council official John Kirby told reporters that President Biden is confident that migrants do not threaten American security. Fox News correspondent Peter Doocy grilled Kirby at a recent White House press conference, asking if the President shares law enforcement concerns that terrorists may be entering the US via the southern border. Kirby replied that the President has faith in intelligence services and homeland security agents. “We’re doing everything we can to be as vigilant as we can,” he said.

Doocy noted President Trump’s speech in Michigan, where he declared that “every state is a border state,” and condemned Biden for facilitating a “bloodbath.” At a rally in Grand Rapids, Trump said the Biden administration had brought “carnage and chaos” to the United States. He continued his anti-migration rhetoric at a later event in Wisconsin, saying other countries are sending criminals and terrorists to America and placing intense pressure on public finances at the expense of US senior citizens.

“When I am president, instead of throwing granny overboard, I will send Joe Biden’s illegal aliens back home,” Trump pledged.

The former President referenced the recent murder of a 25-year-old Michigan woman, allegedly at the hands of a Mexican migrant. Ruby Garcia was reportedly in a romantic relationship with Brandon Ortiz-Vite, who officials say entered the US illegally. He allegedly shot the young woman dead, and motorists found her body by the side of a Grand Rapids highway.

Mr. Trump told supporters that he had spoken to members of Garcia’s family, but her sister said this wasn’t true. Mavi Garcia conceded, however, that she wishes her sister’s killer had not been permitted to enter America.

The relatives of a Georgia woman, also allegedly murdered by an illegal immigrant, have given their support to President Trump and expressed thanks for his efforts to commemorate Laken Riley. The 22-year-old was murdered on a morning jog near the University of Georgia campus in February. Her family attended a Trump rally weeks later.
