(ProsperNews.net) – The suspect in the Perry High School shooting in Iowa has been linked to extreme gender ideology. The shooting took place on January 4 just outside Des Moines, leaving one student dead and several others injured, including Principal Dan Marburger, who later died from his injuries. On January 14, his wife, Elizabeth, posted a note to a GoFundMe account saying her husband had “lost his battle.” She said he had “fought hard and gave us ten days that we will treasure forever.”
Authorities reported that Mr. Marburger was shot several times as he tried to shield his students from the teenage attacker. Iowa’s Department of Public Safety said he had acted selflessly and placed himself in harm’s way to protect his pupils.
Recent reports claim police have now identified the shooter as Dylan Butler, who reportedly uses “they” pronouns. People who self-identify as “non-binary” often refer to themselves as “they” because they neither identify as male nor female.
The gender radicalism was noted on Butler’s social media accounts, and on TikTok, he posted a video showing himself inside a bathroom stall with a duffel bag. The caption to the video read, “Now we wait,” while the song “Stray Bullets” played in the background.
In other social media posts, Butler posts photos of pretend gunfights and cannabis smoking, usually accompanied by radical gender terms such as “genderfluid.”
The Iowa tragedy is the second school shooting incident linked to gender ideology. Last March, a former pupil at a Nashville Christian school opened fire and killed six people. A transgendered person named Audrey Hale was identified as the killer, and the motive appeared to be revenge for “transphobia” in Tennessee.
A campaign group known as the Trans Radical Activist Network (TRAN) quickly called for protests across America and urged a “trans day of vengeance” for laws passed in the Volunteer State. Tennessee lawmakers banned “gender-affirming care,” including surgery on children and the distribution of puberty blockers to minors.
