Report: Harris Team Trying to Conceal Radical History

(ProsperNews.net) – The Harris campaign team is reportedly seeking ways to conceal her “radical” left-wing record. GovTrack, an online resource that ranks lawmakers’ ideological leanings, ranked Harris the most liberal Senator in the US in 2019 and further to the left of socialist Vermont Senator Bernie Sanders.

The GovTrack review also found that Harris was among the least likely to back bipartisan legislation. The Vice President endorsed bills introduced by non-Democrats just 15% of the time. She was also the “third most absent” and sat on the least number of committees.

Examples of her “radical” leanings highlighted by conservative commentators include Harris’s backing of legislation to prevent deportation, her support for Bernie Sanders’ “Healthcare for All” bill, and her endorsement of anti-police funding measures.

Donald Trump warned of a “socialist” America under Kamala Harris at his first campaign rally since President Biden announced his withdrawal from the race. Speaking in Charlotte, North Carolina, the former President called Harris a “radical left lunatic” who should not be allowed to run for President because of her dismal record protecting America’s border.

Mr. Trump also told the crowd that he was expected to be “nice” after avoiding assassination in Pennsylvania, but he has opted to go another route. He assured his audience that he had no intention of being nice because his opponents are “very dangerous people.”

Meanwhile, former President Trump said he would not commit to debating Kamala Harris in September. A spokesperson for the Trump campaign said the Republican candidate will not agree to a debate until Democrats definitively decide who their White House contender will be. Communications director Steven Cheung said Democrats are engaged in in-fighting, with many unhappy about Harris’s presumptive nomination. Cheung said the Vice President is a “Marxist fraud,” and many Democrats are holding out for someone better.

Trump had agreed to two debates with President Biden, one scheduled for September 10. Vice President Harris said she was ready to debate and accused Mr. Trump of “backpedaling.”
