(ProsperNews.net) – Foreign officials have expressed concern about President Biden’s mental state, saying he is worse than they have ever seen him. During a recent tour of Europe, the President reportedly appeared confused and walked away from a photoshoot with European leaders, including French President Emmanuel Macron and Italian Prime Minister Georgia Meloni, during a D-Day commemoration in France. President Biden furthermore talked about dead Russians during his D-Day speech and left the ceremony early.
An unnamed official at a G7 summit in Italy said Biden was “losing focus,” adding, “It’s the worst he’s ever been.” Others described the US President as “embarrassing.”
In one incident in France, the President gathered with European leaders to witness an aerial parachute display. Alongside President Macron and Prime Minister Meloni were UK Prime Minister Rishi Sunak, German Chancellor Olaf Scholz, Japanese Prime Minister Fumio Kishida, Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, and EU Commission President Ursula von der Leyen.
As the parachute performance ended, leaders applauded and posed for pictures, but President Biden appeared to freeze before turning his back and slowly walking away. Italian leader Meloni followed President Biden and guided him back to the group, where leaders then surrounded him. As others smiled for the camera, the US President put on his aviator glasses and continued to appear confused.
A similar incident occurred at a lavish fundraiser in Los Angeles, where Biden froze on stage before former President Obama guided him out of the limelight.
The White House fiercely denied the incident, saying the President did not freeze and merely paused on stage to acknowledge the applause of attendees. Biden campaign spokesperson James Singer said remarks about the President’s capabilities are a “desperate” attempt by his opponents to discredit him and distract from Donald Trump’s many legal battles.
White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre said videos of the incident circulating online were “cheap fakes” created in “bad faith.” She also described Republican opponents as “desperate.”
