(ProsperNews.net) – Texas Republican Rep. Ronny Jackson, who previously served as a White House doctor, said President Biden is not capable of carrying out a second term in office. Speaking on “Sunday Morning Futures” with guest host Sean Duffy, he said Biden’s cognitive abilities are rapidly declining.
Mr. Jackson added that he has “taken care of three Presidents” and is aware of the mental and physical strain the role places on individuals. He concluded, “This man can’t do the job,” and warned that his abilities will only weaken as time goes on. The Texan served as physician to George W. Bush, Barack Obama, and Donald Trump, and said he has written to President Biden on several occasions urging him to undergo cognitive testing, as Trump had done, but the White House ignored his letters.
In September, a national poll conducted by Marquette Law School found that 72% of Americans do not want to see Joe Biden in the White House again, with many of them citing his age as their primary concern. The survey revealed that 88% of Republicans don’t want another Biden term, 79% of independent voters, and 48% of Democrats.
Meanwhile, some people are beginning to equally question Donald Trump’s cognitive state. Trump will be 78 at the start of another term and recent speeches have raised concerns that he is increasingly confused. For example, he said he defeated Barack Obama in 2016 before correcting himself and acknowledging it was Hillary Clinton. He said Hungarian Prime Minister Victor Orban is the leader of Turkey, confused North Korea and China, and appeared not to remember making statements he’d made only weeks before.
GOP Presidential contender Ron DeSantis recently zoned in on Trump’s mental condition and highlighted this in several interviews. His team released a thread of 21 clips on Twitter and said Trump’s mistakes are the reason “his handlers won’t let him debate.” DeSantis also accused Trump of turning against some of his most loyal supporters.
